So, do you like take notes while you're drinking, or just try to remember everything the next day? I can just imagine someone sitting there with a hand recorder describing the beer or something. I know I would need to take notes while it's happening.

arthur - i do indeed take notes. well, i didn't the first time, but i'm going to from now on. i think that's how everyone else goes about it as well.
pretty soon we're gonna have video as well, so that should ad a new and exciting angle to the proceedings.
