as a phillies fan you have no idea how great it was to see wagner get beat like that. My drea scenario is the cards win this series and Scott Rolen goes 0-15.
The Rolen hate is really bitterness. The guy should have been so much more of a player in Philly, and I think everyone counted on him to be a leader. But he never really blossomed into one. Whenever the team started going south he would be quicker to talk about what help they needed and not what he could do to help.
That and he capared being traded to St Louis as going to heaven as opposed to being in Philly. That rubbed some of us the wrong way.
