I don't know how exactly, since it's not really a contest...
Last time I remember I finished week 1 and couldn't do the whole thing and then I had to start week 1 over and I thought "THIS IS HOPELESS! I'LL NEVER DO 6 PUSHUPS IN THE THIRD SET!" but now, spurred on by competition, I vow to finish at least through week 2.
